Dedicated audio, discreet microphones, and planned music cues for your entrances, vows, and recessional. We confirm the location, guest count, and setup with your team.
The reception
Music shaped around your tastes, with MC hosting for introductions, toasts, and special moments when selected. We confirm names and pronunciations ahead of time.
The celebration
Live mixing and a personal feel, with optional room uplighting, dance-floor lighting, and an attended digital photo booth.
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception coverage are defined in your quote, including separate spaces and any gaps between them.

Share your date, venue or city, event hours, and what matters most. We’ll discuss availability and the services that fit.

Your signed agreement and first payment reserve the date. Then we work through music, announcements, and the details with your event team.
- 03 · Enjoy your celebration.
We prepare in advance, coordinate the setup, and adapt to your guests within your chosen musical direction.
A few things couples ask.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. Share must-play songs, songs or genres to avoid, and playlists you love. We can build a collaborative Spotify playlist and agree on how to handle guest requests. Please finalize music selections at least one month before the event.
Will you coordinate with our planner and photographer?
We coordinate announcements and transitions with your event team and touch base with the photographer about key moments. MC coverage is confirmed in your selected services.
Can you cover an outdoor ceremony?
We discuss space, power, access, and a weather backup with your venue. Outdoor setups need suitable overhead cover. Generator power, when needed, is quoted separately.
How do we reserve our date?
Start with an inquiry. After we confirm availability and your service plan, your signed contract and first payment reserve the date. Your proposal lists the payment schedule; standard balances are due seven days before the event, or at booking for last-week bookings.
